We feel so honored when guests choose us for their stay in East Anglia. We work hard to ensure your stay is just perfect and we’re on hand should you need anything.

Athena Properties have the perfect choice for your Norwich city break with everything you need close to hand.
We are within walking distance to many of the Norwich’s coveted attractions and theatre’s including, Norwich Cathedral, Norwich Playhouse, Norwich Theatre Royal and within a 20 minute walk you’ll find a great selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes (ask for our recommendations when you book).
There are small local stores and a main supermarket close by and guests enjoy easy access in and out of the city from Norwich City Railway Station and Norwich City airport. We will be happy to book you a taxi on the day of your departure.

Local activities: sightseeing, park walks and children’s adventure parks, cinema, river boat trips and tours, museums, art galleries, theatre.
Payment of a non-refundable deposit of £75 is required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
We currently operate a Covid-Cancellation Policy. If you are unable to travel due to Covid restrictions we will give you the opportunity to book a date in the future or we will cancel your booking and refund the full amount.

We do not allow pets in our holiday home.
We welcome children to our accommodation and provide a high chair and cot on-site. For an extra fee, we can provide other equipment, such as a travel cot, car seat and stair guard. Please contact us for further details.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10:30am. There is a late checkout option for £25. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a later check-out.
If you would like us to arrange a taxi to take you to the station or airport on your departure, please let us know in advance.
