The process starts with an initial phone call with the Landlord to introduce ourselves and outline our services.

We then visit the home to see if the home is suitable for our guests and if so, create a proposal.

If the Landlord is happy with the proposal, we will prepare a management agreement to look over and sign.

We will prepare the property to show home standard.

The Landlord will receive regular monthly rental payments for the duration of the agreement.

At the end of the contract, the property is given a final deep clean and returned to the owner.
